Meet Matt Martin!


“I’m Matt and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist. My goal is to give you the confidence to make good fitness and nutrition decisions through personal training and coaching. My path to fitness started when a health scare found me in the emergency room, fearful of a heart attack. I was 32 years old and over 400 lbs. The doctor told me the next time I walk in the door I might not walk back out. I began the long road of weight loss by completely relearning my relationships with food and exercise. This journey has taught me that physical health and mental health are intricately aligned. That shift is what has allowed the changes to become lasting, and to instill in me a sense of stewardship to get certified so I could coach and help others.”
