Meet JL Mendoza!


For as long as I can remember, I have always been a skinny kid until high school, when I finally gained more than a few extra pounds. One day, my family decided to get a membership at our local gym and I took it seriously to get back into shape. Everything was self-taught and I held myself accountable. Things didn't start the way I wanted to but when I joined the military, that's where I saw the change I wanted. I lost all the weight I had gained and was where I wanted to be: lean but again skinny. From there, that's when my true transformation started. I know what I had to do to reach my goals and nothing was going to stop me. I was able to gain the weight but this time with muscle. My goal now is to help people who are either trying to get back into the gym or just starting out. I want to help other people learn how to achieve their goals.
